PokePix is the PokemonBR market where players sell game items and Pokémon to each other for real money, paid by Pix through Mercado Pago. By buying or selling on PokePix you accept these rules and the game's Terms of use.

Buying

  • You pay by Pix within 30 minutes of opening the payment. After that the payment expires.
  • The item is not reserved: if another buyer pays first, they take it. What you paid in that case goes to your PokePay Wallet and can only become Premium Points (see Refunds and disputes).
  • You can make offers below the price; each offer is valid for 24 hours. The seller can accept several, and whoever pays first takes the item.
  • The payment is confirmed by Mercado Pago, never by a screenshot or a message. No one from the team asks for a Pix outside the game.

Selling

  • When you list it, the item leaves your backpack and is kept by the server. A listing lasts 7 days.
  • The price goes from R$ 1,00 to R$ 5.000,00 per listing.
  • If you cancel or the listing expires unsold, the item comes back to your mailbox.
  • The sale amount reaches your PokePay Wallet once the item is delivered to the buyer.

Fee

  • The service fee is 10% of the price, paid by the buyer on top of the price. Sellers pay no fee.
  • PokemonBR keeps the fee only on a completed purchase. A Pix that arrives after another buyer paid, or for an expired or cancelled payment, goes whole (price and fee) to the buyer's Wallet.

Item guarantee

  • While the listing is open, the item stays with the server, not with the seller: it cannot be used, traded or sold twice.
  • Once the Pix is confirmed, the server delivers the item to the buying character. If the delivery fails, the payment is held for the team to review; it does not vanish.
  • Items obtained through bugs, scams or breaking the game rules may be removed, and the accounts involved punished.

PokePay Wallet

  • The Wallet holds, in reais, what you received from sales (and from Pix that lost the race). It earns no interest and is not a bank account.
  • If a Pix for one of your sales is returned, the amount leaves your Wallet; if the balance is short, it becomes a debt, paid by your next sales before any withdrawal.
  • Why the wait: a Pix can be contested as fraud for weeks after it was paid.

Converting to Premium Points

  • R$ 1,00 = 1 Premium Points, rounded down; what is left over stays in the Wallet.
  • A sale can become PP 0 days after it was credited.
  • Converting is final: Premium Points do not turn back into reais.

Withdrawal in reais

  • Withdrawals in reais exist only once the team enables them in your world; until then the Wallet only converts to PP.
  • Only sales money leaves in reais. A sale can be withdrawn 30 days after it, except 20% that waits 90 days.
  • New sellers withdraw up to R$ 300,00 every 30 days in the first 90 days after their first sale.
  • Minimum R$ 100,00 per withdrawal, up to R$ 1.000,00 a day and one request every 24 hours. No withdrawal while the Wallet has a debt.
  • The Pix goes to the Mercado Pago account of the e-mail you give, and the holder of that account must have the CPF you give. Paying another holder is a reason to refuse it.
  • Each withdrawal is reviewed and paid by hand by an administrator, within 30 days. It may be refused, with the reason, and the amount goes back to the Wallet.
  • While a Pix that put money in your Wallet is in dispute at Mercado Pago, no withdrawal in reais is completed.

Refunds and disputes

  • A delivered purchase is not undone by the game. Problems with the item go to support, with the payment number.
  • A Pix that arrives for a payment already paid by someone else, expired or cancelled is not returned: the amount goes to the buyer's Wallet and can only become Premium Points.
  • If Mercado Pago returns a Pix (MED, contest or refund), the amount leaves the Wallet of whoever received the money; if the balance is short, it becomes a debt. A partial refund takes back only the refunded part.
  • Contesting a delivered Pix to keep both the item and the money is fraud: the account is punished and the case may be taken to the authorities.

Your data (LGPD)

  • For a withdrawal in reais we ask for your CPF and the e-mail of your Mercado Pago account. They are used only to check the account holder and to send the withdrawal's Pix.
  • The CPF and the e-mail are kept in the withdrawal record, are seen only by the administrators who pay withdrawals, and never go to log files or the audit history. In the game, the CPF is shown masked.
  • Retention period: [TO BE SET BY THE OWNER]. After it, the CPF and the e-mail are erased from the withdrawal record.
  • You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of this data through support. The site's Privacy policy covers everything else.
